1. About Us
This website is operated by SGP Group Pty Ltd T/As Envirocal (“Envirocal”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Envirocal provides calibration, certification, and related services, as well as selected consumables and instruments for purchase.
2. Using Our Website
By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We may update these terms at any time — the version displayed on the website at the time of your order applies.
3. Services Offered
We provide calibration services for a range of instruments, including:
- OEM calibration services for selected brands where we hold formal arrangements (Beckman Coulter).
- “As found” calibration services for other instruments. These services are performed to the best of our technical ability but may be subject to limitations where software access, proprietary components, or OEM data are not available.
Where applicable, calibration results are reported “as found”, meaning we provide measurement results without making adjustments to the instrument’s internal configuration unless explicitly agreed and supported by available access or tools.
4. Repairs
Envirocal offers out-of-warranty repairs where possible.
We may use non-OEM or generic components if branded parts are not available. These parts are selected to maintain instrument function and accuracy to the extent possible, and all such work will be clearly identified in your service record.
5. Freight, Packaging, and Insurance
All freight booked through this website or arranged by Envirocal is made without insurance, unless otherwise agreed in writing before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for:
- ensuring their instruments are securely packaged before collection or shipment;
- arranging their own freight insurance if desired; and
- understanding that Envirocal is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays occurring during transport to or from our facility.
Envirocal takes all reasonable care when handling instruments once received, but responsibility for freight remains with the customer and/or the carrier.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required at checkout for online orders unless you have an approved account with credit terms.
All amounts are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
7. Delivery and Lead Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are subject to change based on instrument condition, parts availability, or supplier delays.
We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law:
- Our total liability for any claim relating to our services or products is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
- We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of data, downtime, or business interruption).
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Accuracy and Scope of Calibration
Calibration services are performed in accordance with our NATA-accredited procedures (where applicable) and best available in-house methods.
Some results may have uncertainty limitations depending on instrument type, access, or OEM restrictions.
Customers are responsible for determining whether the calibration service meets their regulatory or internal requirements before use.
10. Right to Choose Your Service Provider
Envirocal supports every customer’s right to choose their preferred calibration provider.
We do not represent any OEM except where formally stated (Beckman Coulter).
All other calibrations are performed independently, and our reports clearly identify the method and scope of work.
11. Returns and Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us as soon as possible.
Services already commenced cannot be refunded, but we’ll make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.
Goods may be returned in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law if they are faulty or not as described.
12. Privacy
We collect personal information only to process your order and provide services.
We don’t sell or share your information with third parties except as required for service delivery.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
